Barbara J. "Butchie" Binetti

Barbara J. Binetti "Butchie" died peacefully surrounded by love on February 24, 2025. She was 80 years old.

The daughter of the late Myrtle and Christopher Mann, she was born on May 5, 1945 in Ramsey, NJ.

Butchie was a true firecracker. She could get mad quick, speak her mind, and stand her ground - but she loved just as fiercely. Her heart was big, especially when it came to her family. She would have given her last penny if someone she loved needed it.

Butchie loved her family with everything she had, most especially her grandchildren and her great-grandchildren. They meant the world to her, and there was no question where her loyalty stood. She lived her life with strength and a whole lot of heart.

In addition to her parents Butchie was predeceased in life by her husband William V. Binetti Sr, great grandson Ase Howard, son in law Frederick Horne and siblings Josiah, Lawrence and Charles Mann, Christine Sanders and Wallace Dennison.

Beloved mother of Frederick Mann (Lorieanne), Barbara Lynn Horne, Jennifer Binetti (Reinis), Karena Binetti and William V. Binetti Jr (Christy). Dear sister of Eileen Mann. Cherished grandmother of 13, great grandmother of 19 and great great grandmother of 3.

The family will receive guest from 4 to 6:30PM on Wednesday 3/4/26 at the KNIGHT - Auchmoody Funeral Home 154 East Main Street Port Jervis, NY. A service of remembrance will take place at 6:30PM at the funeral home. Pastor Butch Gilpin of the Hope Evangelical Church of Matamoras will be officiating.
