Philip Abrahamsen Obituary

Obituary published on Legacy.com by Gray-Parker Funeral Home on Feb. 23, 2026.
Mr. Philip Abrahamsen

Greenville Township, NY

Mr. Philip Abrahamsen of Greenville Township, NY, died suddenly on Thursday, February 19, 2026 at Garnet Health Medical Center in Middletown, NY. He was 52.

He was born December 5, 1973 in Suffern, NY, the son of William and Mildred Abrahamsen.

Phil was a man of adventure and fearlessness who truly lived life to the fullest. He had a passion for anything with a motor and especially enjoyed quads, dirt bikes, and RC cars. His love for speed and mechanics reflected his adventurous spirit and natural talent.

A skilled machinist by trade, Phil worked at various places throughout his career, but he was most proud of owning and operating his own business, Fiske Custom Machining. He took great pride in his craftsmanship, dedication, and the work he produced. Phil also loved the outdoors and especially enjoyed fishing. Whether working with his hands, exploring the wilderness, or spending time with those he cared about, he embraced life with enthusiasm and courage. He will be greatly missed by his family and all who knew and loved him.

Surviving are: his loving wife, Jennifer Abrahamsen; his beloved parents, William and Mildred Abrahamsen; three nephews, Joe Abrahamsen and his wife Amber, Dan Abrahamsen and Landon Segaloff; his brother-in-law, Rob Segaloff and his wife Melissa; his father and mother-in-law, Bob and Lenore Segaloff; and also numerous cousins; he also leaves behind his fur children, his dogs Elske and Bernie and his cat, Stormy. He was predeceased by his brother, Paul Abrahamsen.

Family and friends are invited to visit at the Gray-Parker Funeral Home, Inc., 100 E. Main St., Port Jervis, NY 12771 on, Saturday, March 14, 2026 from 10:00am to 12:00pm. A celebration of life will follow at 12:00 noon with Pastor Jose Rodriguez officiating.
