Barbara Hutton Brown

Barbara Hutton Brown age 85 of Ider, AL. passed away on Monday, December 8, 2025 surrounded by her family. Funeral services are Thursday, December 11, 2025 at 12 Noon CT at Corner Stone Funeral Chapel with Pastor Charlotte Eldridge officiating. Burial will follow in Fuller cemetery. Family will receive friends from 4 to 7 PM CT on Wednesday and 10 am until service time on Thursday.
Barbara was born February 28, 1940 in Haletown, TN to parents, Arthur Sherman and Annie Lee Carter Hutton. She had worked at both Dixie Yarn and Buster Brown Manufacturing for many years. She was a loving mother, grandmother and great-grandmother who enjoyed time spent with her family and friends. She was a member of Ider Methodist Church.
Survivors include daughters, Teresa Johnston(Wayne), Tammy Loveless, Tyra Guinn(Jim), grandchildren, Broderick Loveless(Stephanie), Christian Loveless, Brandon Stevens(Bethany Castleberry), Nicholas Stevens(Alisha Hawk), Samantha Walker(Jacob Stigler), great-grandchildren, Kenderick Loveless, Aurora Stigler, Violet Stevens, Milo Stigler, Daphane Stevens, special friend, Joseph "Joey" Keith, along with several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Roy Joe Brown, brothers, Albert Hutton, Merlin Hutton, Robert Hutton, Jimmy Hutton, and son-in-law, Kenneth Loveless. To send flowers to the family or plant a tree in memory of Barbara, please visit our floral store.
