CASSIMORE, BARBARA FAY, AGE 88 of Garden City, South Carolina passed away peacefully surrounded in love with her family Tuesday September 16, 2025 at her home following a long illness. Born and raised in Newton, New Jersey, Barbara had also lived in Waterloo Village and Hopatcong, New Jersey for many years before relocating to South Carolina in 2020.

Daughter of the late George Lewis and Mary Elizabeth (nee Snyder) Snover, Barbara had a long career at M&M Mars Corporation in Hackettstown, New Jersey. A loving and devoted wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister and friend to many, Barbara will be missed by all who knew and loved her.

With a passion for horses, Barbara mostly enjoyed spending time with her family. Barbara is predeceased by her beloved husband Frank Harold in 2006, her two brothers Harry P and Larry Snover, as well as three sisters Anne Balyeat, Katherine McConnell and Betty Snover, as well as her beloved dog Gracie Lou.

Survived by her daughters Barbara Mary Lou and her husband William Ernest Pierson of Garden City, South Carolina, and Sandra Lee and her husband Robert Koppinger of Mt. Bethel, Pennsylvania, her son Frank Harold Cassimore Jr and his wife Kaethe Anne of Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, her sister Mary Louise Schoonover of Newton, New Jersey, grandchildren James Birnbaum, Holly Bostedo, Kelly Kaufman and Kimberly Anders, as well as great grandchildren Joshua Anders, Andrew Wilson, Logan Bostedo, Kaydence Bostedo, Isabela Sansone, Vincent Sansone, Remington Birnbaum, Hudson Reese and Charlotte Reese. Also surviving are many grand fur babies.

Family wishes to extend a special heartfelt thanks in appreciation for the exception care and support shown by Agape Hospice Nurse Savannah and Aide Wilhelmina.

Visitation will be held Tuesday evening September 23, 2025 from 5:00pm thru 7:00pm with Funeral Services Wednesday morning September 24, 2025 at 10:00 am all in the Iliff-Ruggiero Funeral Home at 156 Main Street (Route 206), Newton, New Jersey 07860.
