Barbara Jean Clark, a beloved mother, grandmother, sister, and friend, passed away peacefully on May 18, 2025, in Trenton, MI, at the age of 81. Born on October 24, 1943, in Monroe, MI, she spent her life surrounded by family, love, and laughter.

Barbara found joy in the simple pleasures of life. She delighted in playing cards, often gathering with loved ones for lively games that filled the room with warmth and laughter. Her occasional scratch-off lottery tickets were purchased with hope and excitement. One time, Barbara spent $3.00 on a scratch off ticket and won a Caribbean Cruise! Above all, Barbara cherished her time spent with family, especially her grandchildren, who were the light of her life.

She is survived by her children: Billy Hammitte, Patricia (Garland) Rogers, David Hammitte, Tommy (Tammy) Hammitte, and Connie (Bill) Mills. Barbara's legacy lives on through her 22 cherished grandchildren and 34 great-grandchild and 1 great great granchild.

Barbara also leaves behind a large and loving extended family, including three devoted brothers and five dear sisters, all of whom hold her memory close to their hearts.

She will be missed by all who had the privilege of knowing her. Her cremation will take place at "The Witness Crematory" located inside of Michigan Memorial Funeral Home.
