Barbara Lynne (Simon) Coleman, age 78 of Clay Center, died Wednesday, November 27, 2024, at the Clay Center Presbyterian Manor.
She was born on July 13, 1946, in Manhattan, the daughter of Lynn and Pearl Simon.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Gary Eugene Coleman; her parents; her grandparents; a brother, and other relatives.
She is survived by her daughter, Melissa Lynne Ruiz; two granddaughters, Abby and Smith; two great grandsons; her special friends, Eva Standlea, Janel Michaud, Tim and Shannon Kimbrough, Wes Smith, and David and Althea Rowlinson.
Barbara’s wishes were to be cremated and memorials to go to Court Street Veterinary Care in honor of all her past animals. Memorial contributions may be left in care of the Anderes-Pfeifley Funeral Home.
