Barbara Curtis Obituary

Obituary published on Legacy.com by Bradley Funeral Home - Marlton on Jan. 8, 2026.
Barbara "Bobby" R. Curtis (née Uline), age 93, of Voorhees, New Jersey, passed away peacefully on December 31, 2025, surrounded by her loving family.
Born in Troy, New York, Bobby later lived in Levittown, Pennsylvania, and Willingboro, New Jersey, before settling in Voorhees, where she resided for more than 40 years.
Bobby was the beloved wife of the late Edward A. Curtis, II, and a devoted mother to Beth Zlock (Gilbert), Barbara Susan Cogliandro (Robert), Edward A. Curtis, III (Cynthia), Patricia Eileen Pimentel-Jerez (Julio), and Kathleen Hobein (Rolf). She was predeceased by her cherished son, John O'Hare Curtis.
She was a loving Nana to Jonathan (Molly), Chelsea (Matt), Robert, Jr., Matthew (Lauren), Kimberly (Michael), James (Julie), Allison (Tom), Christopher, Devon, Jens (Aura), Christopher (Derek), and Alexander (Anna), and a proud Great-Nana to Deacon, Harper, Isaac, Logan, Madeline, Finn, Zoey, Julianna, Destin, Darius, Jonathan Maximilian, Fiona, Thaddeus, Jakub, Brayden, Jackson, Sloan, and Blake.
Bobby was the dear sister of the late Marjorie Hannagan and the late Patricia Morrissey, and of Timothy Hannagan, Peter Hannagan, Robert Uline, and William Uline. She was also a beloved sister-in-law to Kathleen and James Corbet and Beverly and Robert Gondella, and is survived by many loving nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Bobby enjoyed a successful career as a project manager for HIP of New Jersey, before retiring in 1997. She was deeply devoted to her faith and was an active parishioner of St. Andrew the Apostle Church in Gibbsboro for more than 45 years. She especially loved teaching Bible study, a ministry that brought her great joy and fulfillment. In her quieter moments, Bobby enjoyed reading, theater, and music. She also found peace while tending to her plants and, in her younger years, enjoyed gardening. She was a world traveler, along with her best friend of many years, Sandy Kennedy Fisher. Bobby shared a deep and loving bond with her devoted caregiver and dear friend, Donna Blackwell, whose compassion, kindness, and friendship meant so much to her. She also found great comfort and joy in the companionship of her cherished cat, Poof.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend Bobby's visitation on Thursday, January 22nd, from 10:15 to 11:15 A.M. at St. Andrew the Apostle Church, 27 Kresson-Gibbsboro Road, Gibbsboro, NJ. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:15 A.M. Final disposition will be private.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Bobby's memory may be made to St. Andrew the Apostle Church, 27 Kresson-Gibbsboro Road, Gibbsboro, NJ 08026. Please include "In memory of Barbara Curtis" in the check memo.
