Barbara Ellis Obituary
Barbara Jean Ellis, 75, of Cleveland passed away on Saturday, December 30, 2023. Barbara was born on September 19, 1948, in Cleveland, Tennessee to the late Leonard and Lois Gates. Barbara was of the Baptist faith.
Along with her parents she was preceded by her husband, Thomas Ellis.
She is survived by her sister, Edna Ballew; Aunts, Ruby Phillips, and Jane Trammell; her son, Tim (Angie) Blackwell. She left behind 3 other sons, 7 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.
A celebration of life service will be held on Monday, January 8, 2024, at 2:00 pm at Companion Funeral Home of Cleveland. The family will be receiving friends from 12:00 pm - 2:00 pm prior to the service. A graveside service is to follow at Sunset Memorial Gardens
Zac Blackwell, Austin Blackwell, Cody Blackwell, and Scottie Fain will be serving as pallbearers.
