Barbara Hayes Obituary
September 30, 1938, in Wake County, to the late William Joseph Vinson and Hallie Mae Wall Vinson. Barbara had a long and distinguished career with AT&T and found great joy in travelling and thrift shopping.
Graveside service will be held at 3:00 pm, Sunday, March 1, 2026, at Piney Plain Christian Church, 2801 Piney Plains Road, Cary.
Barbara is survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, Barbara was preceded in death by the two loves of her life: Everett Virgil "Sonny" Hayes and Leslie "Bug" Flowers; her eleven siblings.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Piney Plain Christian Church in her memory.
