So sorry Mr. Higgins to hear about the passing of Mrs. Higgins. Even though we only lived in Wallingford for a short time, it was some of my favorite times and you and Barbara were two of my parents dearest friends. You and your family are in our thoughts and prayers.

Sorry to hear of the passing of Mrs Higgins. Many fond memories of growing up on Devon Lane in Wallingford spent at the Higgins home. Condolences to Mr Higgins, Frank, Carolyn, Robert and Chris.
