Barbara Stanislawa Karnas

It is with deep sorrow and hearts full of sadness that we announce the passing of Barbara Karnas, née Niemiec. Barbara passed away on May 16, 2024, after a short but incredibly courageous battle with illness.
For 30 years, she was a devoted and respected teacher and a school principal who shared her knowledge and passion with many students. We will all remember her for the immense love and warmth with which she surrounded her family. Her loving husband Stanislaw, sons Michal and Pawel, daughters-in-law Marcela and Izabela, and grandchildren Kyle, Aiden, Bohdy, and Gabriel have lost someone irreplaceable.
Mrs. Barbara will surely remain forever in the memory of the students she shaped over the years.
We say goodbye to her now with immense sadness, knowing that she will always remain in our hearts as a loving wife, caring mother, and devoted grandmother.
Relatives and friends are invited to call on Tuesday, May 21, from 5:00 – 8:00 p.m. at Burritt Hill. Barbara's funeral will begin at 8:45 a.m. on Wednesday, May 22 at Duksa Family Funeral Homes at Burritt Hill, 332 Burritt St. New Britain, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 9:30 a.m. at Sacred Heart Church. Z glebokim zalem i sercem pelnym smutku informujemy o odejsciu Barbary Karnas, z domu Niemiec. Barbara zmarla 16 maja 2024 roku, po krótkiej, ale niezwykle walecznej walce z choroba.
Przez 30 lat byla oddanym i cenionym nauczycielem i dyrektorem szkoly, który przekazal swa wiedze i zarazil pasja wielu uczniów. Wszyscy zapamietamy ja za to jak ogromna miloscia i cieplem otaczala swoja rodzine. Kochajacy maz Stanislaw, synowie Michal i Pawel, synowe Marcela i Izabela oraz wnuczeta Kyle, Aiden, Bohdy, i Gabriel stracili kogos niezastapionego.
Pani Barbara na pewno na zawsze pozostanie w pamieci uczniów, których ksztaltowala przez lata.
My natomiast zegnamy Ja teraz z niezmiernym smutkiem, wiedzac jednak ze na zawsze pozostanie w naszych sercach jako kochajaca zona, opiekuncza matka, i troskliwa babcia.
