Barbara Lee (Golding) Kreuzer, 82, of Deltona, Florida, passed away peacefully at her residence on April 23, 2025.
Born on May 11, 1942, in Buffalo, New York, Barbara was the daughter of the late Ralph Albert Golding and Dorthea Anthony Golding. She was a devoted healthcare professional, working as a Licensed Practical Nurse and Specialized Care Provider. Barbara was also a proud business owner, operating Kreuzer's Adult Day Care in Deltona, where she dedicated herself to providing compassionate care for many in her community.
Barbara was predeceased by her beloved husband, David Kreuzer. She is survived by her two daughters, Darlene Lewis (Les) and Darnell Kreuzer (Jim); six grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren, all of whom brought her great pride and joy.
Barbara had a zest for life and a wide array of interests. She loved sewing, crafting, gardening, and cooking-especially experimenting with new recipes. She enjoyed camping and traveling, and gave generously of her time as a Girl Scout Leader. A lifelong Disney fan, Barbara held season tickets for many years and cherished the memories made at the parks with loved ones.
Her kindness, creativity, and warmth will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.
A visitation will be held on Wednesday, April 30, 2025, from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. at Allen-Summerhill Funeral Home in DeLand, Florida. A funeral service will follow at 11:00 a.m. Interment will follow afterward at Hollywood Cemetery in Orange City, Florida.
