Barbara B. Kunkle

Barbara B. Kunkle, 90, of Westmoreland City, passed away peacefully at her home on Jan. 21, 2026. Barbara was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Paul B. Kunkle, in 1992; and her cherished grandson, Nicholas Jon Gazalie. She was a member of several local organizations, including the Irwin Moose, the Italian Miners Club, and St. Joe's Polish Club, where she enjoyed fellowship and lifelong friendships. She is lovingly survived by her children: her son, Allen Junod (Pat); her daughters, April Gazalie (Dan), Alvina Gene Junod (Roy Venzin), and Jamie Zgonc (Denny). She was a devoted grandmother to six grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandson. In accordance with Barbara's wishes, all services and burial will be private.
