Barbara Proctor Loper passed away on June 11, 2024 at West Point Community Living Center at the age of 84. She was born on September 17, 1939 to the late Carl Richard Proctor and Gertrude Edna Howard Proctor.
She is survived by her son, Eric Loper (Vicki) of Starkville; her daughter, Amy Duke (Billy) of West Point; sisters, Carlene Dodson of Columbus, Cathy Moss of Natchez; 4 grandchildren, Abigail Frazier, Hannah Sherrell, Minnie Fuqua, Jared Loper; 2 great grandchildren, Judah Frazier, Titus Sherrell.
She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband, Frankie Earl Loper.
A Graveside Services will be 10 AM Saturday June 15, 2024 at McPherson Cemetery with Dr. James Towery officiating.
