Barbara Ann Luithle, born on March 26, 1940, in Cincinnati, Ohio, passed away peacefully on December 19, 2025, surrounded by her loving family. She lived a vibrant life in her hometown of Cincinnati with her husband of 50 years, Charles, and touched the hearts of many throughout her journey.
Over the past four and a half years, Barbara lived at Evergreen Senior Living where she made many wonderful friendships. She spent her days playing trivia, bingo and participating in many events at Evergreen and was a greeter during Mass.
Barbara was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Charles, as well as her parents, Harvey and Mary Burck, and her siblings, Robert Burck, Sue (and the late James) Garner, Linda Schraut, and David Burck.
She is survived by her step children Dennis (Sharon), Gary (Judy), Ray (and the late Debi) Luithle and Kay (Patrick) Shain and by many grandchildren, nieces and nephews. She is also survived by her siblings: Donald (Nancy) Burck, Mary Jean (Bobby) Carter, Karen (Mike) Milby, Cynthia (John) Pumpple, Patricia (Ron) Dreyer, Michael (Karen) Burck, Timothy (Rose Ann) Burck and by in-laws: Janet (the late Robert) and Mary (the late David) Burck.
Her family was her greatest joy, and the bonds she shared with them will forever be cherished.
A visitation will take place at St. Veronica Catholic Church, located at 4473 Mount Carmel Tobasco Rd, Cincinnati, OH 45244, on December 23, 2025 at 9:00 AM. Mass of Christian Burial follows at 10:00 AM.
Barbara will be laid to rest in Mt. Moriah Cemetery, located at 686 Mt. Moriah Drive, Cincinnati, OH 45255.
Family and friends are invited to gather and honor Barbara's spirit, sharing memories and love as they remember the remarkable woman she was.
