Barbara is preceded in death by both of her parents.
Barbara is survived by her daughters, Carla Webster (Ronnie), Amanda Certain (Marty), Tenessa Cather (Jerry); brothers Bill Carlin and Steve Carlin (Mae); sister Alberta Davison (Alvin); grandchildren Holly Lewis, Ricky Lewis, Jordyn Cather, Bryonna Cather, Candan Cather; and 3 great-grandchildren.
Cremation has been entrusted to Samaritan Funeral Home. A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date. Online condolences may be made at www.samaritanfunerals.com
