Barbara Jean Matthews departed 10/9/2025 at home surrounded by her immediate family. Barbara was the monarchy of her family. Barbara was also the cook of the family known for her sweet potato pies and German chocolate cakes who loved everyone she encountered. Barbara leaves behind 4 surviving siblings, 5 surviving children, 10 grandchildren, a host of great grandchildren and several loving friends.
Barbara will be deeply missed by all of whom love her.
