Barbara McBee Obituary
She was a member of Poplar Springs Baptist Church and enjoyed working outside in the yard and working in her flower garden. She also enjoyed sitting outside and watching the birds.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Ruth and Jack Leonard; aunt Dorothy Bearden; son, Robert Herky McBee; brother Al Bearden.
She is survived by two daughters and sons-in-law, Debbie and Scott Snyder of Dalton; Rhonda and Brett Ridley of Dalton; brother and sister-in-law, Gordon and Shirley Bearden of Dalton; grandchildren, Andrea (Michael) Morgan, Morgan (Blake) Bowen, Gage McBee; great grandchildren, Tripp Morgan, Cooper Antel, Stetson and Scarlett Bowen.
The family will receive friends at the Pleasant Grove Chapel of Julian Peeples Funeral Home on Tuesday, January 13, 2026, from 11:00 am until 1:00 pm
The funeral service will be held on January 13, 2026, in the Pleasant Grove Chapel of Julian Peeples Funeral Home at 1:00 pm with Rev. Neil Hasty officiating.
Burial will follow at the Whitfield Memorial Gardens.
