Barbara McGill Obituary
Age, 83 of Mokena, passed away Friday, July 12, 2024 in her home.
Barbara is survived by children, Denise (John) Clinnin, Mary Beth (Rob) Nylen, Mark (Julie) McGill, Keith (Sandi) McGill, grandchildren, Meghan (Tony) Dawson, Katie (Mike) Fischer, Kelly (Nolan) Witry, Molly (fiancée Jackson Volkening) Clinnin, Jess (Ian) Sayler, Nicholas (Jessie) Nylen, Zachary Nylen, Jacob Nylen, Kennedy (Blake) Dowsett, Madison McGill, Livi McGill, Skye McGill and great grandchildren Harper & Emerson Dawson, Mila & Mac Fischer, Norah & Connor Sayler, and Reagan Dowsett. Barbara is also survived by her brother Dennis (Joyce) Selix.
Barbara was preceded in death by her loving husband of 56 years James, her parents, Albert & Lottie Selix (Dudek) and her brother David Selix.
Family will receive friends at Kurtz Memorial Chapel, 65 Old Frankfort Way, Frankfort, IL 60423 on Friday, July 19th, 2024 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Funeral service, Saturday, July 20th, 2024 with prayers at the funeral home at 9:30 AM and then to St. Mary’s Catholic Church, 19515 115th Avenue, Mokena, IL 60448 for a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 AM. Interment, Good Shepherd Cemetery, Orland Park, IL.
