Barbara G. (Harrison) Migala,
Of Plymouth, 83, passed away early morning November 23, 2023 in Edina after a courageous 5-year battle with metastatic breast cancer.
Preceded in death by her beloved son Ian & parents Bruce and Betty Harrison.
Survived by loving husband of 61 years, Philip; daughter Cindy (Brent) Grothe; brother Bruce (Diane) Harrison & sister Grace (Gary) Ohlrogge; beloved granddaughters Liz (Hunter Thurman) & Rachel Grothe; 6 nieces & 7 nephews; other loving relatives, friends, neighbors & former coworkers.
Barb was very proud of her career with the Robbinsdale School District working as a Special Ed Paraprofessional; her love for children was evident, most especially when it came to her granddaughters. In her spare time, she was an avid gamer, word search master, & more recently a NASCAR fan; many of us have also been blessed with items she crocheted with so much love.
A Celebration of Life will be held at 12 p.m. Sunday December 10, 2023, at the Cremation Society of Minnesota, 7835 Brooklyn Blvd, Brooklyn Park MN 55445 with visitation 1 hour prior & luncheon to follow on-site. Private interment at Bethania Cemetery, Chicago.
In lieu of flowers, donations to the NC Little Memorial Hospice are appreciated in honor of the care she received there her last days.
