Barbara Jeanne Miller, 71, born in Pittsburgh, PA, most recently of Indian Land, SC, passed away on September 7, 2025.
A devoted sister, cherished friend, and compassionate caregiver, Barb dedicated her life to helping others. Her long and meaningful career as a nurse reflected her deep commitment to service, kindness, and healing. Whether at work or among loved ones, Barb was known for her warm heart, gentle presence, and the rare gift of truly listening.
She is lovingly remembered by her sister, Janna Haubach of St. Charles, MO; her brothers, Bill Miller of Tampa Bay, FL; Jim Miller of Jacksonville, FL; and Bob Miller (Jenni) of Cranberry Township, PA, as well as by her nieces and nephews, Janelle Haubach, Jaclyn (Ted) Karabinas, Jillian (Tony) Van Duyne, Justin (Michele) Miller, Jeremy Miller, Jeff (Kate) Miller, Brian Miller, Stephen Miller, Abbie (JJ) Tranovich, and Amy Miller. She was preceded in death by her parents, James and Anna Miller.
Barb's generosity, quick wit, and unwavering support for those around her touched countless lives. Her memory will live on in the hearts of all who were fortunate to know her.
A celebration of Barb’s life will take place on Friday, October 3, 2025, at 10:00 am at Faith Presbyterian Church, 7520 Charlotte Hwy, Indian Land, SC.
