Mrs. Barbara Sue (Mason) Moore, age 83, of Louisville returned to her Heavenly Father on September 10, 2025. Barbara Moore was born on April 17, 1942, in Lynch, KY. As a homemaker, she was an amazing cook. Barb enjoyed going to the beach and was an avid reader, often reading a book a day. She was an avid University of Kentucky fan. Among those that preceded her in death are her parents, husband, Arthur Moore; and siblings, Bob Mason, Betty LeBlanc, and Ben Mason.

Barbara leaves to cherish her memory her children, Kitty Powell (Darius), David Moore (Patti), and Christopher Scott Moore; grandchildren, Mason (Kristi), Brett (Sitha), Andrew, and Ryan; great-grandchildren, Inna, Izza, Ilan, Kennedy, Isis, Eleanor, and Ilha; and sisters, Billie Disney and Sandy Pollard.

A memorial service will be conducted at 2 pm on Saturday, September 20, 2025, at Parkland Baptist Church (7206 Shepherdsville Road Louisville, KY 40219). Family and friends may pay their respects on Saturday from 11:30 am until the time of the service at the church. Expressions of sympathy may be made to the WHAS Crusade for Children.
