Barbara Ann M. "Barb" Morgan

Barbara Ann M. Morgan, 83 of Watertown, passed away on Sunday December 21, 2025, at Stoughton Health Hospital.

Barb was born on March 17, 1942, in Watertown, WI, the daughter of Duwain and Leona (Beske) Eggert. She attended school in Watertown and worked as a laborer at various manufacturing businesses. She married Dale Morgan in August 1961 and the couple had 3 children. They enjoyed 35 years until his death in 1996. Barb loved to watch NASCAR and other sports on television. She played bingo often and loved to talk. She was a good mom, who always took great care of her children, and will be missed. Although the final years of her life were challenging, her family is thankful that she is now at peace.

She is survived by: her children Kelly (Maria Morgan of Jefferson, Kevin (Chong A ) Morgan of Enterprise, AL, and Patrick (Stephanie) Morgan of Green Bay; 7 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren with 1 on the way. Barbara is also survived other family members and friends.

She is preceded in death by her parents, husband, and siblings.

An open-house will be held from 1:00PM – 3:00PM on Sunday, January 11, 2026, at the Olsen-Gibson Funeral Home in Jefferson.
