Barbara Oliver Obituary
Barbara Jean Pippins Oliver, 84, of Smithfield, VA passed away on Friday, February 13, 2026. She was the daughter of the late James Monroe Pippins and Minnie Bell Cones. She is survived by her husband of 68 years, Junie Floyd Oliver, Jr; daughter, Deborah O. Stacy (Tim); son, J. F. Oliver, III (Sherry); granddaughters, Taylor Edwards and Brittany Oliver. She was also preceded in death by a daughter, Tracy Oliver Wells. The family invites people to the Oliver residence to share memories and visit. At the request of Mrs. Oliver there will be no services at this time, she will be laid to rest at Whiteheads Grove Baptist Church Cemetery at a later date.
