Barbara A. Raab

Barbara Ann Krabach Raab, 97, born on February 13, 1928, to parents Raymond Krabach and Amelia (Wernimont) Krabach-Kemp.
She attended elementary school at St. Rose in Perrysburg and was a proud graduate of St. Ursula Academy, Class of 1946.
Formerly a resident of Shasta Drive, Barbara was a devoted member of St. Charles Borromeo Church, where she served as president of the Rosary Altar Society and was active in many other church functions.
Barbara married Paul "Arnie" Raab on May 20, 1950. Arnie preceded her in death in 2000. Together, they had four children.
She is survived by her sons Mark of Maryland, Greg (Anita) of Maumee, and Steve (Julie), and her daughter Kim Vadnais of Toledo. Also surviving are five grandsons, seven great-grandsons, and one great-granddaughter.
Barbara was also preceded in death by her parents; her brother, Raymond "Tom" Krabach; her stillborn daughter, Suzanne (1952); her son-in-law, John Vadnais (1998); and her daughter-in-law, Huyen (2023).
Friends may visit at the Coyle Funeral Home, 1770 S. Reynolds Rd., Toledo, OH 43614 on Friday, October 24, from 3:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. where a Vigil Service will be held at 6:30 p.m. Funeral Services will begin in the mortuary on Saturday, October 25 at 9:30 a.m., followed by the Funeral Mass at 10:00 a.m. at St. Patrick of Heatherdowns Church, 4201 Heatherdowns Blvd., Toledo OH 43614. Interment will follow at St. Joseph Cemetery, Maumee.
