Barbara “Bobbie” Martin Robert, a native of Denham Springs, LA and a resident of Baton Rouge, LA, passed away at her home on Sunday, August 17, 2025, at the age of 87.
Bobbie enjoyed gardening, fishing, and LSU Baseball.
She is survived by three sons, Dale Tommy Robert Jr., Michael Robert and wife Jennifer, and Mark Robert and wife Karen; daughter, Linda Robert Thibeau and husband Duane; son-in-law, Jody Stephens; eight grandchildren, Brent Talbot, Stacey Talbot King and husband Heath, Leigh Ann Thibeau Levy and husband Daniel; Leslie Thibeau, Christopher Robert and wife Jeanie, Kelly Robert Duvall and husband John, Kimberly Robert Lowrance and husband Jason, and Kory Robert and wife Catalina; 14 great-grandchildren; and 1 great-great-grandchild; and numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.
Preceded in death by her husband, Dale Robert, Sr.; her daughter, Pamela Robert Stephens; her parents, Allen and Hilda Sellers Martin; great-grandson, Jacob Ryan Thibeau; great-great-granddaughter, Wrenley; and sisters, Dorothy Robert and Shirley Burke.
Visitation will be held at Resthaven Funeral Home, 11817 Jefferson Hwy. Baton Rouge, LA 70816, on Friday, August 22, 2025, from 9:00 a.m. until Funeral Service at 10:00 a.m. Interment will follow at Resthaven Gardens of Memory.
In Lieu of flowers, the family request that donations be made to St. Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital, 262 Danny Thomas Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
The family would like to extend their gratitude and thanks to Hospice of Baton Rouge.
