Barbara Shapiro Obituary
Barbara Shapiro passed away peacefully on June 30, 2024. Barbara was a long-time resident of Westchester County, specifically Scarsdale, New Rochelle and most recently Bronxville, NY. She was born on July 12, 1943 to Alfred and Claire Catalina in Clearfield, Pennsylvania. Barbara had a natural talent and passion for fashion and interior design. She lit up any room she entered and would not be shy about telling you what she thought of your outfit. Barbara is survived by her daughters Dannielle Parker, Nancy Fletcher (Daniel) and Shannon Shapiro, her grandchildren Connor Fletcher and Reilly Fletcher and her sister, Louise Sullivan (Peter) and nephew Evan.
Visitation will take place at the Ballard-Durand Funeral & Cremation Services, 2 Maple Avenue, White Plains, NY on Monday July 8, 2024 from 1-4 PM and 6-9 PM. The funeral mass will be held at St. Augustine's Church, 18 Cherry Avenue, Larchmont, NY on Tuesday, July 9, 2024 at 11am followed by internment at Sleepy Hollow Cemetery, 540 North Broadway, Sleepy Hollow, NY.
