Barbara Sheaks Obituary
Barb graduated from Newago High School and then also from Ferris State with a bachelor's degree in marketing. She then worked for Boyle Midway, Pillsbury Corporation, and Kellogg's Corporation. After retirement in 2012 she enjoyed fishing, camping, snowmobiling, cooking, baking, and volunteering with the Almira Historical Society.
Barb is survived by husband Chris, sons Justin (Amanda)Sheaks of Manchester, MD, Craig (Julia)Sheaks of Mishawaka, IN, daughters Denise Miller of Jackson, MI, Debbie (Joe)Wiesnewski of Las Vegas, NV, Darlene (Don)Strickler of Allegan, MI, and Amanda (Tom)Kramer of Frankfort, MI, Grandchildren Devin Sheaks and Sydney Sheaks, great grandchildren Liam Sheaks and Wyatt Sheaks.
A Celebration of Life will be held in Spring 2025. Arrangements by Jowett Family Funeral Home of Benzonia.
