Barbara Teeters Obituary

Barbara retired from Shaw Industries in 2019 after more than 30 years of dedicated service. She was a loving sister, aunt, and friend whose gentle spirit and caring heart touched all who knew her. She will be dearly missed. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brothers, Christopher Everett Teeters and Alfred Lee Teeters.
Those left to cherish her memory include her siblings, Della Dianne Hitchcox, Connie Lamar (Diane) Teeters, Vickie Lynn (Rowland) Bowers, and Kenneth Michael (Lisa) Teeters; along with numerous nieces, great nieces, nephews, and great nephews who loved her deeply.
Funeral services will be held at 1:00 pm on Monday, December 1, 2025, in the funeral home chapel, with Pastor David O'Neal officiating. Interment will follow in LaFayette Memory Gardens. The family will receive friends from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Sunday, and prior to the service on Monday.
