Rose Marie Carroll

Rose Marie Carroll, age 69, passed away peacefully in her home on March 7th, 2026.

Mrs. Carroll, daughter of the late Haskell Babb and Betty Hensley Babb, was born June 1st, 1956, in Greenville, Tennessee. She worked as an LPN and caregiver for most of her life. Rose enjoyed her flower garden, camping, and fishing. While at home, she enjoyed watching classic western shows and listening to country music. Most of all, she looked forward to spending quality time with her family, particularly her grandkids. The family remembers her as a hardworking, honest, and selfless lady.

Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her loving husband Charles Michael Carroll of over 40 years; and her paternal grandparents William Barney Babb, Lucy Lane; and maternal grandparents Granville Hensley and Mittie Hensley.

Left to cherish her precious memory are her children Jona (Chris) Kinsey and Benny Carroll; her step children Delena Carroll and Rodney Carroll; her daughters in heart Amy Carroll and Sarah Sofield; her siblings John (Mary) Babb, Curtis (Teresa) Babb, and Tammy Abbott; her grandchildren Lacey Smith, Hailey Carroll, Samuel Kinsey, Kate Carroll, and Riley Kinsey; her dog Oscar; and many special nieces and nephews

A private graveside service was held on Tuesday, March 10th, 2026, 4:00pm, at the family private cemetery.
