Barbara A. Van Huis

Barbara A. Van Huis age 78, of Holland, died Saturday, April 19, 2025, at an area care center.
She was a member of Second Christian Reformed Church in Grand Haven and loved working alongside her husband, Paul in their business ventures. She loved her children and grandchildren, her dear high school friends, but most of all she loved Jesus through all the ups and downs of her life. Barb was loving, tender, and stronger than we sometimes realized.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Paul VanHuis and parents, Andrew and Nancy VanKampen, and sister, Sheri Becksford.
Barbara is survived by her children; Todd and Jacki Van Huis, Tami Burns, Teresa Garvelink; Grandchildren, Rob (Chelsea) VanHuis, Mikaela (Matt) DeKock, Jacob (Dana) VanHuis, Logan Garvelink, Niki Garvelink, Ethan Garvelink; great grandchildren, Sloan, Rowan, and Miller VanHuis and Colter VanHuis; brother, Lee and Vonnie VanKampen; in-laws, Dale and Barb Becksford; several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be 10:00 a.m. Friday, April 25, 2025, at Langeland-Sterenberg Funeral Home, 315 E. 16th St. Holland. Burial will be in Lake Forest Cemetery in Grand Haven. Visitation will be 5-7 p.m. Thursday, April 24, at the funeral home.
