Mrs. Barbara Annie Weisser

Barbara A. Weisser, 92, died on March 4, 2013 at Rosewood Village, the assisted living facility where she resided for the past several years. She leaves behind relatives in England and in the U.S. along with a host of dear friends both near and far away. Barbara was born in England and after completing her education, joined the Women's Auxiliary Air Force. Her life then took her to various parts of the world and ultimately to Charlottesville. She was a member of Trinity Presbyterian Church. A memorial service is planned for March 24, 2013 at 3:00 p.m. at Rosewood Village, 2029 Lockwood Drive, Charlottesville. Memorial contributions can be made to TJACH (Thomas Jefferson Area Coalition for the Homeless), 112 West Market Street, Charlottesville, VA 22902, as per Barbara's wishes to enable continuing services for the homeless in Charlottesville.
