She is survived by her mother Irene B. Barnard, her 5 children Jessica Marie Richardson, Steven Douglas Redcorn, Jason Lee Richardson, David Leon Richardson (Cassandra), April Sue Tolliver. 7 grandchildren. Siblings: Johnny, Joe, Jerry, David, Buford, Teresa, Goldie. A host of nieces and nephews and other family & friends. Kay will be greatly missed and lovingly remembered by all that knew her.
The family will receive friends 5-7 p.m. Thursday, May 1, 2025 with the funeral service to follow at 7 p.m. Thursday, Cooke-Campbell Mortuary Chapel, Rev. Kyle Shell, Rev. Billy Woods officiating. Interment 3 p.m. Friday, May 2, 2025, Hine Creek Cemetery, Maynardville. Pallbearers: David Barnard, Buford Barnard, Joe Barnard, Justin Barnard, G. G. Barnard, Bill Bussell, Jason Richardson, Steven Redcorn. Arrangements by Cooke-Campbell Mortuary, Maynardville.
