Barbara C. Willis

Barbara C. Willis, 95, of Warren, PA, passed away on Friday March 6, 2026, in the Rouse Warren County Home, after an extended illness.

She was born January 2, 1931, in Warren, PA, the daughter of the late Clara Head. She was a graduate of the Warren Area High School, Class of 1949. She worked many years at the New Process/ Blair Company. Barb enjoyed knitting, loved her grandchildren, sitting on the porch in the sun enjoying the outdoors, the Hallmark Channel, and loved Football, especially her Dallas Cowboys. Barb would attend and go on trips with Warren Senior Center.

Barb was life member of Trinty Memorial Episcopal Church. For 92 years, she attended, volunteered, and was a major part of the church family and community.

On July 3, 1954, she married Richard S. Willis and they spent 56 loving years together before he passed in 2010.

She is survived by her loving children, Becky Willis Campbell and husband, Bruce of Sheffield, George Willis of Warren, PA, and John Willis and wife, Cindy of Warren, PA; three grandchildren, Matthew Willis and (Corey Gordon), Ryan Willis, and Ashley Willis-Bliss (Ryan); one great grandchild, Eve Bliss; and several nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, and her husband, Barb was preceded in death by siblings, Gwendolyn Maurer, Mildred Ristau, Margaret Skinner, and Cordelia Aplanat.

Funeral services will be held on Monday March 16, 2026, at 11:00 am in Trinity Memorial Episcopal Church 444 Pennsylvania Ave. W. Warren, PA 16365, with the Rev. Dr. Joe McGarry, priest, officiating. Family will receive friends from 10:00 to 11:00 am in the church prior to the service. Burial will be in the church's columbarium.
