Barry Comen

Sadly, Barry Seth Comen passed away unexpectantly on June 19,2024 at his home in New Milford, CT. He was 72 years old. Barry grew up in Trumbull, CT until leaving for Albright College in Pennsylvania. Following graduation, he worked in sales and other capacities in the furniture industry. Most recently, Barry worked as a licensed drug and alcohol counselor.
Barry was preceded in death by his parents, David and Roslyn Comen and younger brother, Mark Howard Comen. He is survived by two younger siblings; his sister Shari Comen Solon (Howard) and brother Alan Comen (Judy), as well as nieces and nephews. Barry will be missed by many cousins, his lifelong friends with whom he kept in touch and by countless people he met throughout every stage and geographic setting of his life.
Barry loved his family, as well as good books, films, Broadway and spending time with his friends. May your memory be a blessing. Rest in peace.
