With heavy hearts and profound sorrow, we announce the passing of Barry Zuta, who departed this world peacefully on October 2, 2025. Born on July 30, 1961, in Queens, New York, Barry lived a life that was as vibrant and engaging as the city of his birth. A loving husband, father, brother, and friend, Barry was a beacon of warmth and kindness, always putting his family and friends at the heart of his world.

Barry was a man of immense charm and charisma, with a knack for making people feel seen and appreciated. He left a lasting impression on everyone he met, whether it was through his work as a dedicated insurance agent at Health plan One, from where he recently retired, or through his passionate support for his favorite sports teams - the Mets, Lightning, and Buccaneers. Whether he was in Tampa, Florida, Commack, New York, or his current residence in Land O' Lakes, Florida, Barry was always surrounded by the people he cherished and the things he loved.

Barry is survived by his beloved wife of 32 years, Andrea Zuta, his son Tyler Zuta, and his siblings, Dean Zuta and Vivian Rothstein. He joins his late parents, Gideon and Roberta Zutta, in eternal rest. Barry's legacy will forever live on in the hearts of those he leaves behind, his memory a comforting presence in their lives. As it is said in the Jewish faith, "God gives strength to his people; the Lord blesses his people with peace" (Psalm 29:11). Barry was indeed a source of strength and peace for all who knew him, and his memory will continue to inspire these qualities in those who loved him.

To celebrate the life of Barry, we invite you to leave your memories and upload photos to the memorial page. May these shared moments of joy, laughter, and love serve as a testament to the vibrant life Barry lived and the profound impact he made on those around him.
