Beatrice Gutierrez, 61, passed away November 21, 2023, in Lubbock, TX. She was born July 22, 1962, to Alfred and Erlinda (Villa Garcia) Gutierrez in Lubbock, TX. She enjoyed eating, bingo, word puzzles, coloring, and attending the Adult Activity Center. Most of all, Beatrice loved Jesus, was a Christian at heart, and attended Templo Christiano Church.
Preceding Beatrice in death were her parents, Alfredo and Erlinda Gutierrez, a sister Julia Mercado, 3 brothers, Modesto (Pelon), Rafael, and Ismael Gutierrez. Those remaining to cherish her memories are 5 sisters, Rosa (Ernesto Hinojosa, Aemelia Faz, Lucy Pena, Stella (Juan) Garcia, Cecilia Gonzales, and one brother, Alfredo Jr. (Corina) Gutierrez, and many nieces and nephews.
The family of Beatrice Gutierrez will celebrate and honor her life, with a memorial service at 2:00PM, Saturday, December 9, 2023, at Combest Family Memorial Chapel, 2210 Broadway Lubbock; with Pastors Daniel and Estella Berlanga officiating. Arrangements were entrusted to Combest Family Funeral Homes and Crematory.
