Beatrice Rupe Linkous

Beatrice Rupe Linkous, age 80, of Christiansburg passed away on July 1, 2025. She was preceded in death by her parents Henry and Helen Rupe, her husband Roger Linkous Sr., brother Henry "June" Rupe, and sisters Diane Murdock and Janice Rakes.
She is survived by her brother Donald "Tony" Rupe; sons Henry Linkous and Roger Linkous Jr.; grandchildren Richard Linkous, Chelsea Linkous, Jessica Linkous, and Nicole Linkous; and great-grandchildren Richard and Brittany Linkous, Averey Fego, Bryson Graham, Luna and Layla Kamishin. Beatrice was a loving mother, wife, and grandmother.
She deeply loved her family and enjoyed spending time with all of them, especially her two sons, sister Janice, brother-in-law Bill, Lisa, Kimmie, Billy, Shawn, Richie, and all of the grandchildren. Beatrice was very hardworking, she retired from Hubbell after working there for over 30 years, most of which time she received awards for her perfect attendance. She was truly loved, cherished, and will be greatly missed by her family.
A funeral service will be conducted Saturday, July 5, 2025, at 2:00 pm in the McCoy Funeral Home Chapel. The family will receive friends from 1:00 - 2:00 pm prior to the service on Saturday, July 5, 2025 at McCoy Funeral Home.
