Bebe Lenice Jensen of Blooming Prairie and Faribault MN passed away peacefully at the age of 98 in Rochester MN.
Bebe was born to Hubbard Martin and Amy Albertson Thurston in Blooming Prairie MN. She later met her wonderful husband Gaylen Jensen. The Jensen's welcomed their daughter Gay Jensen in 1948 in Faribault MN where they opened the iconic Lavender Inn Restaurant in 1960. After 43 years they retired and sold the restaurant in 2003.
Bebe was preceded in death by her husband Gaylen Jensen, Daughter Gay Jensen, Sister Phyllis, Brother Ronald James and Step Father Arnold Ray.
Bebe is survived by her sister Donna, Brother Jack, Grandchildren Rebekah Adams (Brad Thompson), Reece Adams ( Jamie Matthews),
Great grandaughter Ava Adams and great grandson's Tristan and Nicolas Thompson.
A Celebration of Life will be held at Corks and Pints in Faribault MN on Sunday October 19th from 1 to 5pm.
