Ben Collins Obituary

He was a 1975 graduate of USMA West Point and honorably served his country for 24 years. After retiring from the military, he worked for Lockheed Martin in Arlington, TX working on numerous projects for the field artillery areas. In later years he taught at Colonial Heights High School.
He is preceded in death by his loving wife of 37 years Donna Collins and his parents Boyce and Mary Collins.
He is survived by two sons, two daughters and and four granddaughters.
He and his wife saved many animals over their 37 years together. Besides his wife their pets were the true loves of his life. We are asking that you adopt a pet in his remembrance.
There will be a graveside service held at the Terra Alta Cemetery Thursday 30 Nov 2023 at 11:00 a.m. Military rites will be conducted by the Preston County Honor Guard and the WVANG Honor.
