Benfer Powell Fuller, born October 23, 1959, in Tacoma, Washington, passed away on September 6, 2025, leaving behind a legacy of kindness, service, and love.

A graduate of Socorro High School in El Paso, Texas, Ben was known throughout his life as someone who found joy in helping others. Whether he was mowing a neighbor's yard, folding laundry for a friend, or offering a helping hand to the elderly, Ben lived each day with a generous spirit and a giving heart.

Ben's faith was the cornerstone of his life. As an active member of Faith Fellowship Church, he found strength, purpose, and joy in his walk with the Lord. His faith guided the way he lived-serving others with humility, compassion, and love.

He was preceded in death by his life partner, Karen Ashworth; his parents, Edward Fuller Jr. and Eve Lavern Kelly; and his sisters, Rebecca Fuller and Deborah Nation.

Ben's greatest pride and joy was his family. He is survived by his children, Kathyren Nobles and her husband Justin, and Christopher Ashworth and his wife Amanda. He is also survived by his beloved grandchildren-Joseph, Alyssa, and Shane Nobles, and Lilian and Kate Ashworth-who brought him endless happiness and whom he adored deeply.

In addition, Ben is survived by his siblings, Rieandra Scott, Edward Fuller III and his wife Sally, and William Joseph Fuller. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews who loved him dearly and will carry his memory in their hearts.

Ben will be remembered not only for his acts of service but also for his steadfast faith, his love for family, and his devotion to his community. His life was a testament to the power of kindness and the strength of faith, and his memory will continue to inspire all who loved him.

A Memorial Visitation will be held from 5:00 pm until 8:00 pm, Thursday, September 11, 2025 at Schneider Funeral Home 512 Main St., Mt. Vernon, IN.

Memorial Contributions may be made to Faith Fellowship Church, 1205 Main St., Mt. Vernon, IN 47620.
