Benedetto LaFranca Obituary
Benny was born on August 10, 1925 to the late Anna and Mario LaFranca in Castellammare Del Golfo, Italy. He was strong in his faith and a longtime member of St. John Neumann Church. Benny enjoyed collecting coins, bowling, bocce and spending time with his family. He will be missed deeply by his loved ones.
Benny is predeceased by his wife, Lena. He is survived by his daughter, Ann LaMorte and her husband Frank; his siblings, Mattia Shea (Bob) and Frank LaFranca (Angela); grandsons, Thomas LaMorte (Angela), John LaMorte (Susan) and Michael LaMorte; great-grandchildren, Danielle, Charlotte, Benedetto and Baby Serafina; many loving nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
Relatives and friends are invited to a viewing on Friday, July 8, 2022 from 8:30am to 10:30am at the Mount Laurel Home for Funerals, 212 Ark Road, Mount Laurel, NJ 08054. Mass of Christian Burial will follow at 11am at Saint John Neumann Church, 560 Walton Avenue, Mount Laurel, NJ 08054. Interment Lakeview Memorial Park, Cinnaminson, NJ.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Benny's name to the St. Jude Children's Research Hospital at https://www.stjude.org/donate/donate-to-st-jude.html?sc_icid=header-btn-donate-now or Samaritan Life-Enhancing Care at a href="https://samaritannj.org/giving/donate-now/.
