Obituary of Benjamin Arsenault
AMSTERDAM –
Benjamin Arsenault, 42, of Amsterdam, formerly of Clifton Park, died on January 31, 2025 at Ellis Hospital in Schenectady.
He was born on June 16, 1982 in Albany, a son of Henry and Mary Arsenault. Benjamin was raised in Round Lake NY and also lived in Clifton Park, NY. He received his education from the Shenendehowa Central School District.
Mr. Arsenault was a master electrician, formerly employed by Carey Electric, Alarm & Suppression, AE Rosen Electrical and was the proprietor of his own, Arsenault's Electric. He was a proud member of the NRA.
Ben was a true outdoorsman at heart. He enjoyed hiking, fishing, hunting, trapping and gardening. Always sharing his wealth of knowledge while helping others before himself. Add to this, a father who has given everything he has to raise his sweet daughter including hours of fishing, reading bedtime stories and making special home cooked meals. Warmly remembered as a master of his craft as an Electrician, but above all a Devoted Father, Son, Brother, Uncle, Cousin, Friend.
In addition to his parents, Ben is survived by one daughter, Olivia Capone (9) and siblings: Jennifer Wisdom, Robert Arsenault and Jacob Arsenault. Nieces, Nephews, cousins and a host of friends also survive.
A Celebration of Ben's Life will be held at his favorite place, The Mill of Round Lake, located at: 2121 US-9, Round Lake, NY 12151, on Saturday, April 5, 2025 from 1-4PM. *This will be an outdoor event so please dress accordingly*
Ben will be cremated; his ashes will be spread in a private ceremony, setting him free within nature.
In Lieu of Flowers, we ask that all donations be made to the go fund me page that will be posted via Facebook soon. This will help with celebration of life costs and the remaining funds raised to go towards his daughter Olivia's future.
Cremation Arrangements have been entrusted to: Simple Choices, Inc., 218 2nd Avenue, Troy, NY 12180. Fond memories and expressions of sympathy may be shared with the Arsenault Family, online at: SimpleChoicesCremation.com
