Benjamin Coffman Obituary
He was born and raised in Ponca City, Oklahoma born to Benjamin Coffman and Margaret Turley.
He was enlisted in the United States Air Force, where he was a Training Officer and was honorably discharged at the rank of Captain in 1965.
He attended University of Oklahoma graduating with a bachelor's degree, working for a time with an architect in Florida building homes. Eventually settling in Palo Alto, California working in city government on a commission that helped San Mateo County run more efficiently.
He is survived by his younger brother Teddy Coffman, his niece, Elizabeth Hough and nephew Michael David Coffman .
He will be remembered as a big brother who always looked out for his younger brother and a loving and capable Uncle.

Sorry to find Sherman here. He always sent the most unique and beautiful Christmas cards until I moved to the country. My mother, Gloria and he were very close. Bless all of Sherman´s family with the peace and love he always showed. Sincerely, Bryant Hearon
