Benjamin Cotton Obituary

Obituary published on Legacy.com by Bradley Funeral Home - Marlton on Dec. 2, 2025.
Benjamin H. Cotton, 78, of Atco, New Jersey, formerly of Mount Holly, New Jersey, passed away peacefully on November 24, 2025, in Voorhees, NJ. Born on March 16, 1947, in Mount Holly, NJ, Ben's life was one marked by devotion to his family, a passion for the simple pleasures in life, and a warm, engaging spirit that drew people to him.
Ben was a proud graduate of Rancocas Valley Regional High School, Class of 1966. In 1969, he married the love of his life, Maria R. Cotton, and together they embarked on a journey of love, laughter, and shared dreams that would span five decades.
A family man at his core, Ben cherished the time spent with his loved ones at family get-togethers. His presence was a source of joy and comfort, and his laughter was the music that set the rhythm for countless cherished memories. Ben's spirit shone brightly during the many trips he took with Maria and their family.
Ben's hobbies were a reflection of his character-rooted in tradition and filled with a sense of wonder. He was a train enthusiast, and he collected stamps. His love for westerns and cowboys was more than just a pastime; it was a window into a bygone era that he admired for its simplicity and honor. Ben's passion for reading stories about cowboys mirrored his own approach to life: one of integrity, resilience, and a quiet strength.
Ben was an avid Eagles fan and would always watch them on TV.
Benjamin H. Cotton leaves behind a legacy of love and cherished memories. He is predeceased by his beloved wife, Maria R. Cotton, his mother and step-father, Mary and Joseph Falzone, and his father and mother in-law, Anna and Angelo Madonici. He is survived by his daughter, Dina R. Brittingham (Larry); his brother, Joseph Falzone, Jr.; his sisters, Gladys Genova, Kathy Simon (Michael), and Marge Clatts (Robert); his sister in-laws, Anna Emory (Rick) and Gina Macclay (Robert); and is also loved and remembered by their families.
A memorial service will be held privately for the family.
