Benjamin Fettig Obituary

Published by Porter Loring Mortuary McCullough on Nov. 25, 2005.
Benjamin P. Fettig passed away Friday, November 25, 2005, from complications following neurosurgery. Ben was born in Boston, Massachusetts on May 16, 1972. He was three-years old when his family moved to San Antonio. Ben was an unmistakably vibrant soul to all who met him, with the ability to engage all aspects of life with compassion and abundant humor. BenÂ's creativity and expertise earned him a reputation as one of the nationÂ's up and coming event producers. He was an active member of the Young EntrepreneurÂ's Organization. He also devoted countless hours to local civic organizations. He is remembered for his passion toward his family, friends, and works. He is survived by his loving wife, Sarah and their most precious creation, his two-year old son, Keaton; mother, Carol A. Morgan; father, Richard G. Fettig; stepmother, Donna Fettig; brother, Jonathan M. Fettig; grandmother, Noreen A. Morgan; grandparents, Richard J. and Theresa Fettig; and his countless friends. He was preceded in death by his brother, Matthew. The family wishes to extend their thanks to the Methodist Hospital NCCU; Dr. Christopher Bogaev, and Fara Assadikani, R.N. for their valiant effort during BenÂ's final days.
