Ben was the “right hand man” on Dad’s farm(Bill Walsh)in Gray’s Hill. I have known Ben since I was very young. He did it all. He helped with livestock, helped fix equipment , drove tractors and other large equipment, planted fields with tomatoes and cucumbers, managed vegetable gardens, kept the yard mowed and trimmed. That is just a small sampling of what he did year in and year out. He and my Dad, were close friends and work companions. Almost every memory that I have of our farm has Ben in it.
