Benjamin Hojian
Benjamin "Penny" Cyrus Hojian, born June 27, 1937, passed away peacefully at home in Dawson on Oct. 18, 2021.
Funeral services will be held 11 a.m. Oct. 23, 2021 at Parkway Funeral Service, 2330 Tyler Parkway, Bismarck with Pastor Lester Wolfgram officiating.
Visitation will take place an hour before the service starts.
Penny was preceded in death by his parents, Margarette and Harry; his brothers, Paul and Harry Jr. (Joe); sisters, Colleen, Esther, Lucille (Mildred), Laura and Harriet; stepson. John Paul; grandson, Richard (Ricky) Hojian, and wives: Eileen and Lorraine.
He is survived by his brother, Alvin (Phyllis) Hojian, Steele; sister-in-law, Evelyn Zelmer, Bismarck; sons, Marty (Judy) Hojian, Bismarck, Rick (Jerri) Hojian, Bismarck, Jeff Hojian, Bismarck and daughter, Jody Hojian, Bismarck. He is also survived by grandchildren, Curtis (Mandy) Hojian, Bismarck, Sabrina Hojian, Bismarck, Annie Hojian, Lincoln, Stephanie (Tyler) Getzlaff, Mandan, Eric Hojian, Mandan, and Aaron Hojian, Mandan. Penny has seven great-grandchildren, Courtney, Aiden, Brayton, Kassy, Tate, Ricky and Holden. He also leaves behind a special nephew, Deland Nunn, and some very close friends, Marvin and Betty Dacar, Bismarck, Gary and Delores Moen, Lake Havasu, Ariz., and Larry and Connie Kapp, Dawson.
