Born on December 26, 1956, in Nashville, Tennessee, Benjamin's passion for building and creating was apparent to all who knew him.
 
Throughout his career, Benjamin established himself as the proud owner of Steverson Construction, leaving behind a legacy of beautifully crafted homes that stand as a testament to his skill and craftsmanship. His work was not simply about constructing buildings; it was about building dreams and turning houses into homes where many cherished memories were made.
 
Beyond his professional pursuits, Benjamin found joy in the simple pleasures of life. He was an avid supporter of the Tennessee Volunteers Football team, cheering them on with unwavering loyalty. However, his greatest source of pride and happiness came from watching his grandchildren play sports, reveling in their achievements and milestones with a heart full of love.
 
In the hearts of those who survive him, Benjamin will forever hold a special place. He is remembered with love by his family and friends for his kindness, generosity, and unwavering commitment to those he held dear. While he may no longer be physically present among us, his spirit lives on in the homes he built, the memories he created, and the lives he touched.
 
Benjamin Rudd Steverson leaves behind a legacy that will endure through the ages—a legacy built not just with bricks and mortar but with love, dedication, and a true passion for his craft. May his soul find eternal peace as he embarks on his next great adventure beyond this world. Benjamin will be deeply missed but never forgotten.

 

A celebration of life, time of remembrance will be 4-7 Friday April 12, 2024, at the Spann Funeral Home.
