Spartanburg, SC – Benjamin Steedley Stuard, 77, went home to be with the Lord, Saturday, July 12, 2025 at Spartanburg Medical Center.
Born May 11, 1948 in Gaffney, he was a son of the late Benjamin Steedley Stuard Sr. and Alice Driskill Stuard. He was a retired Truck Driver after 36 years, served our country in the U.S. Navy as a Petty Officer 2nd Class.
Surviving are his sisters, Gail Stuard of Lexington, Anita Summitt of Boiling Springs; brother, Jerry Stuard of Lexington; step-sons, Scott Dover (Tammy) of Spartanburg and Timothy Dover (Alieta) of Gaffney.
A celebration of life service with military honors will be 12:00 p.m. Saturday, July 19, 2025 at Love Springs Baptist Church with Rev. Dr. Ron Culbertson and Rev. Lynn Ford officiating.
Family members are at their respective homes.
